Schmeckt super als Dip zu knusprigem Brot, als Pasta-Sauce, als Topping f\u00fcr Spargel oder als raffinierte Zutat in Salaten! Der zarte Spargels vereint sich harmonisch mit der nussigen Note der Waln\u00fcsse zu einem unvergleichlichen Genuss \u2013 und h\u00e4lt sich im Glas mit Oliven\u00f6l bedeckt mehrere Tage lang im K\u00fchlschrank!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zubereitung\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Waln\u00fcsse und K\u00e4se grob mit einem Mixer klein hacken. Spargel sch\u00e4len und die holzigen Enden abschneiden. Anschlie\u00dfend Wasser mit etwas Salz zum Kochen bringen und die Spargelstangen darin ca. 20 Min. lang garen. Abgie\u00dfen und mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken.
