In eine hei\u00dfe Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l geben und auf beiden Seiten bei mittlerer Hitze goldbraun ausbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Puffer auf einem Teller anrichten und zusammen mit hei\u00dfer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jungborn.de\/lotti-s-sauce-hollandaise-100339\/\">Sauce Hollandaise<\/a> und dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jungborn.de\/spargelschinken-kramer-659553\/\">Schinken<\/a> anrichten.
