Eintopf mal anders! Mit Kidneybohnen, Paprika und Tabasco – genau das Richtige f\u00fcr kalte Tage! Mit seiner feurigen Note w\u00e4rmt er von innen heraus – unbedingt probieren!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Portionen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
2 Stk.<\/td>Zwiebel<\/td><\/tr>
2 Stk.<\/td>Paprika, rot<\/td><\/tr>
2 Stk.<\/td>Paprika, gelb<\/td><\/tr>
1\/2<\/td>wallnussgro\u00dfes St\u00fcck Ingwer<\/td><\/tr>
1 EL<\/td>Raps\u00f6l, kalt gepresst<\/td><\/tr>
1 Dose<\/td>Latifa Kidneybohnen, vorgegart<\/a><\/td><\/tr>
400 ml<\/td>Gem\u00fcsesaft<\/td><\/tr>
1\/2 TL<\/td>Tabasco<\/td><\/tr>
Handvoll<\/td>Petersilie<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Salz und Pfeffer<\/td><\/tr>
Handvoll<\/td>K\u00fcrbiskerne<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zwiebeln und Paprika w\u00fcrfeln. Ingwer reiben oder klein schneiden.
Die drei Zutaten in \u00d6l 5 Minuten anbraten. Dabei darauf achten, dass das \u00d6l nicht zu hei\u00df wird, indem Sie gleich beim Erw\u00e4rmen des \u00d6ls einen Wassertropfen mit hinein geben. Wenn dieser anf\u00e4ngt zu brutzeln, mit dem Anbraten beginnen.
Kidneybohnen <\/a>abtropfen lassen und zusammen mit dem Gem\u00fcsesaft zum angebratenen Gem\u00fcse geben.
Das Ganze auf mittlerer Flamme 10 Minuten garen. Mit den \u00fcbrigen Zutaten abschmecken und mit K\u00fcrbiskernen bestreuen.
