\u00bd<\/td>rote Zwiebel<\/td><\/tr>
etwas<\/td>Petersilie<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Saft von 3 Zitronen<\/td><\/tr>
75 ml<\/td>Latifa Oliven\u00f6l<\/a><\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>Salz und Pfeffer<\/td><\/tr>
etwas<\/td>Zucker<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung (ca. 20 Min.):<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Kichererbsen<\/a>, wei\u00dfe Bohnen<\/a> und Kidneybohnen <\/a>in ein gro\u00dfen Sieb geben, waschen und gut abtropfen lassen. Paprika waschen, putzen und in St\u00fccke schneiden.
Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln. Bl\u00e4tter abzupfen und, bis auf etwas zum Garnieren, hacken. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln.
Zitronensaft mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker verquirlen, \u00d6l darunterschlagen. Vinaigrette und Salat vermengen. Kurz vor dem Servieren abschmecken und mit Petersilie garnieren.
