Couscous ist ein feines Grie\u00dfprodukt, das in der arabischen und nordafrikanischen K\u00fcche sehr verbreitet ist. Es eignet sich hervorragend f\u00fcr Salate, da es sehr saugf\u00e4hig ist und die Gew\u00fcrze gut aufnimmt. Dieses Rezept ist einfach und schnell zuzubereiten und schmeckt einfach k\u00f6stlich. Also ran an den Herd und los geht&#8217;s!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zutaten-fuer-6-portionen\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten f\u00fcr 6 Portionen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>200 g<\/td><td><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jungborn.de\/couscous-latifa-104503\/\">Latifa Couscous<\/a><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>400 ml<\/td><td>abgekochtes, hei\u00dfes Wasser<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00bd<\/td><td>Salatgurke<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4<\/td><td>Tomaten<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>etwas<\/td><td>Petersilie<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>etwas<\/td><td>Minze<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1<\/td><td>Zitrone<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>Salz und Pfeffer<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>6 EL<\/td><td><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jungborn.de\/olivenoel-extra-vergine-latifa-104482\/\">Latifa Oliven\u00f6l<\/a><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zubereitung\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jungborn.de\/couscous-latifa-104503\/\">Couscous <\/a>mit dem abgekochten Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr ca. 10 Min. abgedeckt quellen lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend den Couscous mit einer Gabel oder einem L\u00f6ffel auflockern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gurke und Tomaten in 5 mm W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Petersilie und Minze fein hacken. Zitrone auspressen und alle Zutaten vermengen, mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jungborn.de\/olivenoel-extra-vergine-latifa-104482\/\">Oliven\u00f6l <\/a>mischen und dann zum Couscous geben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Salat etwa 10 Min. durchziehen lassen und anschlie\u00dfend servieren.
