Weihnachtspl\u00e4tzchen wie von Oma<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Pl\u00e4tzchen backen gemeinsam in Omas K\u00fcche. Ach wie war das sch\u00f6n. Mit diesem Rezept holen wir wieder einen Hauch von diesen nostalgischen Momenten zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong>

1. F\u00fcr den Knetteig die Butter mit Ei, Zucker, Mehl, Backpulver und Salz zusammenkneten. Teig halbieren und unter eine H\u00e4lfte Kakao und Milch kneten. Beide Teige getrennt voneinander in Folie gewickelt 1 Stunde k\u00fchlstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Die Teige je nachdem, welches Muster entstehen soll, weiterverarbeiten (siehe Tipps). Pl\u00e4tzchen je nach Dicke und Form 10-15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
