Als Pulver vermahlen k\u00f6nnen sie bis auf das 50-fache aufquellen und so in der K\u00fcche eine Menge Speisen binden und verdicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zubereitung\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr diesen Brotaufstrich werden frische oder gefrorene Fr\u00fcchte genutzt. Da die Marmelade nicht mit Zucker versetzt und auch nicht gekocht wird, ist sie im K\u00fchlschrank nur bis zu einer Woche haltbar. Es ist also ratsam nur eine kleine Mengen davon herzustellen. Gl\u00fccklicherweise geht es aber im Gegensatz zu herk\u00f6mmlicher Marmelade so schnell, dass man es schnell mal dazwischen schieben kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles in einem Mixer geben und kurz vermischen. Wer gerne gro\u00dfe Fruchtst\u00fccke in der Marmelade hat, kann auch einfach alles mit der Gabel zerdr\u00fccken und gut vermengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach ca. 15\u201320 Minuten sind die Flohsamenschalen zu ihrem endg\u00fcltigen Volumen aufgequollen. Ist die Marmelade zu fest, gebt noch ein Paar Fr\u00fcchte dazu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp: Wenn ihr noch keine zuckerfreie Zeit hinter euch habt, kann es sein, dass euch die S\u00fc\u00dfe der Marmelade nicht ausreicht. Euer Geschmackssinn ist m\u00f6glicherweise noch zu sehr an die industrielle S\u00fc\u00dfweise gew\u00f6hnt.
