In einer Sch\u00fcssel Butter, Puderzucker, Salz, Eigelb, Mehl und Mandeln zu einem glatten Teig verkneten, bei Bedarf 1\u20132 EL kaltes Wasser zuf\u00fcgen. Teig ca. 1 Std. k\u00fchl stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inzwischen K\u00fcrbis halbieren, entkernen, sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und grob w\u00fcrfeln. In einem Topf K\u00fcrbis und Ingwer mit Apfelsaft auf mittlerer Stufe aufkochen und ca. 12\u201315 Min. sehr weich garen. Anschlie\u00dfend abgie\u00dfen, abk\u00fchlen lassen und in einem hohen Gef\u00e4\u00df fein p\u00fcrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teig auf wenig Mehl zu einem Kreis ausrollen und eine gefettete Tarteform (26 cm Durchmesser) damit auskleiden, dabei einen ca. 3 cm hohen Rand formen. Teig mehrmals mit einer Gabel einstechen und k\u00fchl stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backofen auf 180\u00b0C (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen. Tarteboden mit Backpapier belegen, H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte einf\u00fcllen und Boden im Backofen ca. 10 Min. vorbacken. Backpapier und H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte entfernen, weitere ca. 2 Min. backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Sch\u00fcssel Schmand, restliche Eier, Eiwei\u00df, Zucker und Zimt verquirlen. Kaltes K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree zuf\u00fcgen und glatt r\u00fchren. Masse auf den Tarteboden gie\u00dfen. K\u00fcrbistarte ca. 30 Min. backen, bis die F\u00fcllung fest ist.
