Mit reichlich Chili heizt dieses Essen den m\u00fcden Knochen ein. Guten Appetit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zubereitung\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch w\u00fcrfeln und in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l 5 Minuten anschwitzen, bis sie weich sind. Gehackte Chilischoten mit Kernen, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Chilipulver hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 2 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Das Rinderhack in den Topf geben und bei gro\u00dfer Hitze ringsherum kr\u00fcmelig anbraten.
