Apfelmuffins (vegetarisch)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Der Sommer verabschiedet sich und der Herbst begr\u00fc\u00dft uns mit den ersten \u00c4pfeln aus dem heimischen Garten. Jetzt den Ofen vorgeheizt und ran ans Werk. \u00dcberraschen Sie sich selbst mit diesen leckeren Muffins … Sie d\u00fcrfen auch teilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Das Mehl, Backpulver, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Zimt in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Die Eier, die Milch und das \u00d6l dazugeben und zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren. Die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len und entkernen, zwei der \u00c4pfel in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Mandeln in einer Pfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten und halbieren. Die Apfelw\u00fcrfel und die Mandeln in den Teig r\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papierf\u00f6rmchen in die Vertiefungen des Muffin-Bleches setzen und den Teig einf\u00fcllen. Den restlichen Apfel vierteln und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Die Apfelscheiben f\u00e4cherf\u00f6rmig auf den Teig betten. Im vorgeheizten Backofen 25\u201330 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
