Dieser Klassiker hat in Griechenland seinen Ursprung und ist dort eines der beliebtesten Gerichte. F\u00fcr Moussaka werden verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze verwendet, doch meist ist etwas Zimt enthalten, was dem Gericht ein wunderbares Aroma verleiht. <br>Hier finden Sie eine Anleitung, wie dieser griechische Gaumenschmaus garantiert gelingt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zutaten\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 (ca. 350 g) Aubergine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g Lamm- oder Rinderhack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20134 Stiel(e) Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Packung (500 g) st\u00fcckige Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd TL gemahlener Zimt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 gro\u00dfe Tomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EL Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 leicht geh\u00e4ufte EL Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153 l Milch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (instant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 g Kefalotiri (griech. Hartk\u00e4se; ersatzw. Parmesan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etwas Fett f\u00fcr die Form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zubereitung\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln in Wasser 20 Minuten kochen. Aubergine waschen, in Scheiben schneiden. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier legen, leicht salzen. 15 Minuten ziehen lassen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, fein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aubergine abtupfen und in 3 EL hei\u00dfem \u00d6l portionsweise unter Wenden goldbraun braten. Mit Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen. Kartoffeln abgie\u00dfen und kalt abschrecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL \u00d6l in der Pfanne erhitzen. Hack darin kr\u00fcmelig braten. Zwiebel und Knoblauch kurz mitbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Oregano waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln, hacken und zuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St\u00fcckige Tomaten einr\u00fchren, auf-kochen und ca. 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zimtw\u00fcrzen. Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, in Scheiben schneiden. Tomaten waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Ofen vorheizen (E-Herd: 200\u00b0C\/Umluft: 175\u00b0C\/Gas: Stufe 3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe 2 EL Butter schmelzen. Mehl darin hell anschwitzen. Milch, 1\/4 l Wasser und Br\u00fche einr\u00fchren, aufkochen und 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, vom Herd ziehen. Eierverquirlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 EL So\u00dfe einr\u00fchren, alles in die So\u00dfe r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Auflaufform gut fetten. Kartoffeln und dar\u00fcber Hack einschichten. Dachziegelartig abwechselnd mit Auberginen- und Tomatenscheiben belegen. So\u00dfe dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen. K\u00e4se direkt dar\u00fcberreiben.
