Gl\u00fchwein<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Er ist \u00e4lter als das Weihnachtsfest selbst: der Gl\u00fchwein. Selbst gemacht schmeckt Gl\u00fchwein besonders gut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong>

1. Erw\u00e4rme den Rotwein in einem gro\u00dfen Topf auf mittlerer Stufe. Achte unbedingt darauf, dass er niemals kocht, denn sonst verdampft der Alkohol.

2. F\u00fcge w\u00e4hrend des Erw\u00e4rmens die restlichen Zutaten hinzu. Bio-Zitronen schmecken statt der Orangen auch gut \u2013 oder du kombinierst einfach beides. Wer den intensiven Geschmack von Kardamom mag, der kann einige Kapseln der Gew\u00fcrzmischung beif\u00fcgen.

3. Nimm dann den Topf vom Herd und lasse den Gl\u00fchwein mit all seinen Zutaten etwa eine Stunde ziehen. Erw\u00e4rme (nicht koche!) den Gl\u00fchwein vor dem Servieren erneut und gie\u00dfe ihn durch ein Sieb in die Tassen, so dass alle Gew\u00fcrze aufgefangen werden. So einfach l\u00e4sst sich Gl\u00fchwein selber machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3<\/td>Gew\u00fcrznelken<\/td><\/tr>
2-3 EL<\/td>Zucker, Honig oder Agavendicksaft<\/td><\/tr>
nach Geschmack<\/td>einige Kapseln Kardamom<\/td><\/tr>
