Mit Rotwein, 1\/4 l Wasser, Zimtstange, Sternanis und Nelken in einen Topf geben und zugedeckt aufkochen lassen. 1 Bio-Orange hei\u00df waschen, abtrocknen und in Scheiben schneiden und zum Wein geben. Alles bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 15 Min. ziehen lassen. Den Gl\u00fchwein durch ein Sieb gie\u00dfen und wieder in einen Topf geben. &nbsp;<br><br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Die Vanilleschote l\u00e4ngs aufschlitzen, das Mark mit einem kleinen Messer herauskratzen und mit den Schoten zum Gl\u00fchwein geben. Den Saft der \u00fcbrigen Bio-Orangen auspressen und mit dem Zucker dazugeben. Den Gl\u00fchwein aufkochen und bei starker Hitze in 15-20 Min. bis zur H\u00e4lfte sirupartig einkochen lassen, dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Vanilleschote und Zimtstange entfernen.<br><br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Die Flaschen oder Gl\u00e4ser (am besten Twist-off- oder B\u00fcgelgl\u00e4ser) hei\u00df aussp\u00fclen. Gl\u00fchweinsirup einf\u00fcllen.
