Ur-Omas Vanillekipferl<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Zu Weihnachten darf eines nicht fehlen und das sind selbst gemachte Vanillekipferl. Einfach gemacht und immer perfekt als kleines Geschenk. Guten Appetit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong>

Die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Teig gut miteinander verkneten. Anschlie\u00dfend in Folie gewickelt 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank legen.

In der Zwischenzeit den Puderzucker in eine gro\u00dfe, verschlie\u00dfbare Sch\u00fcssel sieben und mit zwei P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker vermengen. Die verschlie\u00dfbare Sch\u00fcssel ist deshalb so wichtig, weil man evtl. Reste f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Portion Vanillekipferl wieder verwenden kann.

Den Kipferlteig zu Rollen mit einem ungef\u00e4hren Durchmesser von 4 cm formen. Danach in ca. 1 – 2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Aus diesen Scheiben die Kipferl formen und nicht zu eng aneinander auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Im Umluftherd bei 175\u00b0C ca. 20 Minuten backen. Wenn die Kipferl beginnen zu br\u00e4unen, sind sie gut.

Die Kipferl nun etwa 3 Minuten k\u00fchlen lassen. Dann in die vorbereitete Puderzuckermischung legen und von allen Seiten darin wenden. Sind sie jetzt noch zu warm, zerbrechen sie sehr leicht; sind sie zu kalt, haftet der Puderzucker nicht mehr gut. Am besten immer wieder probieren, ob sie schon fest genug sind.

Tipp: Die Bleche am besten einzeln backen, da sie sonst zu stark abk\u00fchlen und man mit dem Wenden nicht nachkommt.

In einer Blechdose sind die Kipferl ca. 6 Wochen haltbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
